The 8:1 ILCA Downhaul (Cunningham) system delivers increased purchase over the 6:1 system for precise luff tension adjustment, this is the typical setup most club and weekend warrior sailors will use. If you want increased power, we have a 10:1 purchase system coming soon.

This Club ILCA Downhaul pack is built around Allen 30mm Dynamic Tii-On blocks, for low weight, low friction and low cost.

The carefully selected lines comprise a 4mm SK78 Dyneema primary line paired with the 4mm Robline Dinghy Control. We will have more rope options coming soon.

It is designed to be installed using the attachment point at the top of the Lower Vang Unit.
