Returns Policy – Race Rigging

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Race Rigging. Please read the information below carefully before returning any items.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first by email with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Returns must be approved before any items are sent back.

Standard (off-the-shelf) products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unfitted, and in new condition. Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order items, including cut-to-length ropes, spliced ropes, and bespoke rigging systems, are non-returnable unless faulty.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Race Rigging cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If an item is found to be faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
